(30) Angus bred heifers - bred to Springfield & Yon Angus bulls, due to start calving 26th November , medium frame, weigh approx. 1250#, good body condition, all home raised, in 3-strand electric hi-tensile fence, graze spray fields, winter on hay and cover crops, on annual vaccination program of BoviShield Gold, dewormed with Dectomax injectable in spring, pour on in fall, on good balance mineral program.  Jim Stocker always said he was in the beef business producing a delicious product for the consumer off of forages.  He picked the best bulls that he could find to build this program.  Mike, his son, is continuing with this same format.  Here is an opportunity to start with some of the best or add the top of the line to your herd.  The homework has all been done for you.

 

(60) Steer calves – sired by Springfield & Yon Angus bulls, these steer calves were weaned, weighed and vaccinated the last week of August & September 1, averaged 635# at weaning time, vaccinated with Bovi-Sheld Gold FP5L5  & Ultra Choice 7, dewormed with Dectomax pour on,  booster 3 weeks later with same, non-implanted, being feed 2% of their body weight daily protein feed, haylage & dry hay, a projected weigh gain of 1 ½# per day, calves will be sold in trailer load lot,  @ farm & weighed on truck sales. Calves to be moved by 12th  November or sooner within 2 weeks, Stocker steers in the past have graded 40% Choice,  60% Prime on the rail.’

Complete Cow Herd Dispersal – (19) Angus cows 6 yrs. of age & younger, due to start calving fall, bred to Lane Angus bull, average 1275#, great udders, slick hair, proven performers, forage based only, protein tubs & hay in the winter, all home raised, a close herd, this commercial herd goes back a lot of the Bando bloodline that is known for calving ease & plenty of milk, vaccinated annually with Triangle 10, kept behind 2-strand electric fence, the 2021 heifer calf crop will remain on this farm for future cattle herd.  Also to sell will be 5-yr. old Lane Angus bull.

 

Other Cattle: (2) Simmental purebred bulls, Fleckvieh bloodline,  DOB: 9/18 & 11/19.

Terms & Conditions
Internet Fees: 3% with $750.00 max per item. Minimum fee of $25.00 per item.

Methods of Payment Accepted: Checks with prior approval, cash or wire transfer. Wire transfer must be received by the auction company within 48 hours of the auction & will be an extra fee of $25.00. Credit Cards are NOT accepted and only used as a verification tool. Please contact the auction company for wire transfer instructions. Sales tax will be collected unless we have on file a completed sales tax exempt form.

Checkout Date & Times: Purchases must be removed from auction site within 3 days of sale unless prior arrangements are made.
