Directions:  From I-85, take Exit 204, go south on Hwy. 96 for 1.1 mile, turn left on Fairport Rd., go 2.4 miles, right on Cannady Mill Rd., sale ¼ mile on left @ Granville County Livestock Arena.  Also, from jct. of Hwy. 96 & 56 @ Wilton, take Hwy. 96 north 2 miles, turn right on Cannady Mills Rd., arena approx. 6 miles on right.  Watch for cattle auction arrows leading way to sale.

Estate of William Beale (dec) – Pendleton, NC

A Complete Dispersal -  (22) Angus cows age 4 ½ yrs. & younger with (1) 1st calf heifer, medium frame, bred to Angus bull, (19) calves on ground @ press time from 2 weeks old to 600#, some of the calves will be sold with mama as cow/calf pairs, other calves will be sold off by themselves, cattle have been wintered on peanut hay, there’s a lot of come out to these cattle. Also there will be (3) jennies, (1) jack, (1) foal.

 

SAMFORD FARM – TOWNSVILLE, NC

A Complete Dispersal – (19) Cows consist of (12) Blacks, (5) Smokes, (1) BWF, (1) Red,  9 will sell as pair with calves born late winter early spring, a knockout set of good calves, calves are sired by full Fleckvieh  Simmental & Red Angus bull, cows average 1350#, middle age to young cows,  some will sell as 3-n-1, on regular vaccination program, run on fescue pasture & minerals, kept behind electric fence.

 

FRANKLN & VANCE COUNTY HERD – A Complete Dispersal

(16) Head consist of (7) Angus, (4) BWF, (2) Red Angus, (1) Yellow cow, (2) Red Baldies, bred to Black bull, most should have calf @ side sale day, 5 calves on ground @ press time, on regular vaccination program, average 1250#, 5th calvers & younger, smooth hair & great udders, make it forages, water & minerals, kept behind electric fence.

 

DANNY PAYNTER – WISE, NC

(40) Cows consist of Blacks, BWF, Smokes, Red Baldie, calving from March – August, been vaccinated with Triangle 10, dewormed, appear to be middle age & younger, some 1st calf heifers.

 

ROBERT DURR – LONG ISLAND, VA

(10) Young stand up Angus cows.

 

ROGERS CATTLE COMPANY – ROXBORO, NC

(3) 5-yr. old Black Angus cows and (3) 8-yr. old SimAngus cows. Bred to Red Angus bulls for fall 2022 calving. Merck health program and low input grass-based program.

 

All Cattle Will be Screened for Reproductive Soundness By DVM Sam Galphin. All cattle 18 months of age & older will be EID.  All cattle will be on regular vaccination program & parasite control or brought up to date week of sale

 

Bring stock trailers sale day.  Would like to load cattle out sale day.  Trucking available if needed.

 

Sale order available sale day or check the web late Friday afternoon for posting.  Print before you come & have a head start w/the pens marked that will fit your farm.

Internet Fees: 3% with $750.00 max per item. Minimum fee of $25.00 per item.

Methods of Payment Accepted: Checks with prior approval, cash or wire transfer. Wire transfer must be received by the auction company within 48 hours of the auction & will be an extra fee of $25.00. Credit Cards are NOT accepted and only used as a verification tool. Please contact the auction company for wire transfer instructions. Sales tax will be collected unless we have on file a completed sales tax exempt form E595E on file.

Shipping Instructions: Buyer is responsible for all shipping logistics and costs.

Preview Date & Times: Thursday and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Checkout Date & Times: Purchases must be removed from auction site within 3 days of sale unless prior arrangements are made.
