Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against E.B. Harris Inc./Auctioneers or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. E.B. Harris Inc./Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet fee 3% with a minimum of $ 10.00 per item - maximum of $750.00 per item.
All Items are Sold As-Is, Where-Is, with no warranties or guaranties either expressed or implied by the auctioneers, auction company, and/or its associates. Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any and all printed materials. Buyers are responsible for inspecting equipment prior to the auction and can not hold the auction company liable for descriptions made without the buyers prior viewing.
The Credit Card used during the registration process is used to verify your identity to prevent false registrations. However, by agreeing to these terms, you are agreeing that this card is saved on file. In the event that you fail to make payment on your invoice, E.B. Harris Inc./Auctioneers reserves the right to charge your credit card on file for the purchases plus any applicable fees.
