Location:  306 Walker Ave.  – From Hwy. 1 in Norlina, turn beside Methodist Church – watch for signs.

 

Partial Listing: Oak round kitchen table w/leaf &  (6) oak chairs—solid Walnut drop leaf dining room table, (6) antique dining room chairs – needle point bottoms,  Walnut hutch, Leonard silver plated tea service, small round top Walnut table (2) Fabric wing chairs,  Oval walnut drop leaf table, Walnut "drop leaf" side  table, brass drawer pulls,  (inherited by Mary Lib from Curl/Brickle family), Antique walnut hall chest w/ Marble top, brass pulls, (2 of these- inherited from Clayton's parents in Robersonville), Small "drop front" desk, w/ 3 drawers, brass hinges & pulls, 4-post Walnut bed (standard/double),  2-post bed headboard,(Wood)(Queen), 4-drawer solid wood chest, 5-drawer pine chest,  wooden rocking chair, floor lamp, deacon bench, brass fireplace set, oil lamp converted to electric, (2) porch chairs, small antique rush bottom chair – 1700 – 1800’s, Frigidaire upright mid-size freezer.

 

Note:  Mary Lib was E.B.’s cousin & she was a historian of Warren County & the surrounding areas.  With this being said, she liked solid, hi-quality items of yesteryear.  Her husband, Clayton Taylor, was a tobacco man from Robersonville, NC—Martin County.  You will find furniture from both of these areas—the kind to last for many generations to come,
