Internet Fees: 3% with $750.00 max per item. Minimum fee of $25.00 per item.
Methods of Payment Accepted: Checks with prior approval, cash or wire transfer. Wire transfer must be received by the auction company within 48 hours of the auction & will be an extra fee of $25.00. Credit Cards are NOT accepted and only used as a verification tool. Please contact the auction company for wire transfer instructions. Sales tax will be collected unless we have on file a completed sales tax exempt form E595E on file.

Shipping Instructions: Buyer is responsible for all shipping logistics and costs.
Preview Date & Times: Thursday and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Checkout Date & Times: Purchases must be removed from auction site within 3 days of sale unless prior arrangements are made.

Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. E.B.Harris Inc./Auctioneers may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall E.B. Harris Inc./Auctioneers Inc be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
E.B. Harris Inc./Auctioneers will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
Auctioneer shall be the sole judge in determining the winning bidder in the event of a tie bid.

Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against E.B. Harris Inc/ Auctioneers or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. E.B. Harris Inc./Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins. E.B. Harris Inc./Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
You will receive a phone call or text message from a representative with E.B. Harris Inc./Auctioneers that you are the successful bidder & you can come pick up your item. Wait for this phone call before coming to pickup your item.
The auction company reserves the right to offer property in separate sales, combinations thereof or as a whole.
Announcements made sale day take precedence over printed matter.
