Selling (49) females , average age 3 ½ yrs., 91% of herd will be ET or AI, families represented: Royal Queen, Forever Lady, Rita, Blackbird, Echo, Erica,& Burgess, six of the lines trace back to the dams of industry known sires like Connection, Strategy, Directive, 1I2, Tehama, Exacto, Leachman Right Time.   Some will have calves @ side, some AI bred, the rest will bred to Knoll Crest bull sired by Sitz Reliant 8898 &   Integrity son that also sells.   If you are looking females with elite pedigrees & great EPD’s, this is a sale that will merit your attendance.    Also selling embryos & semen.

Selling (57) Black & BWF cows, most are 3 rd & 4 th calvers, all are home raised on John’ farm, frame size 5 ½ , excellent body condition, weigh approx. 1250#.   At the end of August (14) new calves were on the ground & from the looks it will be approximately that many more by sale day, all calves on ground sired by Springfield bloodline Angus bull & are extremely thick calves, cows have a lot of thickness, original foundation of this herd was purchased in the ‘70’s from John Price – Oxford & Williamston, NC, Dr. Tucker, professor @ NCSU that had a herd in Vance County, & Bud Meek located John some registered cows from Seven Paths in Nash County, cows in this sale sired by Angus bulls from J. R. Fowler, Smith Creek Angus, &   Springfield Angus.   John has used only registered Angus bulls in his herd.
