Special Note:  Ford 4630 w/loader will need to stay to help w/the cow herd until they leave in approximately 30 days.  We will sell the tractor w/the following terms:  buyer to pay 20% down sale day, balance due when tractor is picked up @ farm.  If more than 100 hrs. added to tractor buyer will be reimbursed @ rate of $25 per hour & tractor to be in like condition as of sale day.  Also a few feed troughs & cattle loading chute to stay for same time frame.
